Full Steam Ahead 2023

CodeVA is a Computer Science Education non-profit that promotes equitable CS Education access to all. Full STEAM Ahead is an annual event celebrating inclusive success in Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics. We provide a platform for professionals to share their expertise to encourage the next generation of innovators to pursue their dreams. Highlighting the excellence and diversity of professionals is one way to prepare and empower young people to build an inclusive future.

The event conference will take place on Saturday, June 24th, 2023 at J Sargeant Reynolds Parham Rd. Campus. Speakers will lead a 45 minute to 1 hour workshop, incorporating their expertise in their respective STEAM field and an interactive exercise, activity or demonstration for students, highlighting the importance of STEAM and the power of interdisciplinary collaboration.
