Betting Big on Tech 3rd Annual Charity Casino Night

Solvaria, Richmond’s only IT consultancy focused exclusively on data services and strategic IT leadership, is proud to announce fundraising has begun for Betting Big on Tech Third Annual Charity Casino Night, with proceeds going to CodeVa. Using the donations in previous years from Betting Big on Tech, CodeVa has been able to make a tangible impact to schools across the state through various initiatives including, training a cohort of teachers for the K5 Computer Science Coach Program and by offering summer scholarships for 500 elementary students, nearly half of which were girls.

The final donation total will be announced at the Third Annual Betting Big on Tech Charity Casino night on November 14, 2019 at The Renaissance in Richmond’s historic arts district. This event not only gives members of Richmond’s technology community an opportunity to network with other executives and local government officials, but also brings awareness to CodeVa’s mission of equitable computer science for all students, in a fun and unique setting.
